4. Successful applicants will be notified via WhatsApp and email, with formal acceptance letters and guidelines provided.


5. Applications will be placed on a waiting list, and applicants will be informed when food distribution becomes available.


6. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation of receipt for your application.


7. You will be contacted once your application is successfully placed on the distribution list.
